Shipping Policy

We know you’ll be so excited to receive your products, I mean, we’re excited for you to receive them too and because of that, we will try to process your orders within 24 – 72 hours. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, it will fall to the following business day after reflecting payment.

Shipping may take between 3-4 working days. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Sometimes, there are unexpected delays with couriers which are out of our control but we endeavour to keep you updated. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

All care is taken to ensure you receive your products within the time frame, but SATTeN cannot be held liable for unexpected delays. We will communicate any and all delays.

All products /equipment purchased at SATTeN are used at the client’s own discretion and risk as SATTeN will not be held liable for any harm or damage.

Any damaged or missing goods should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. Claims after this elapsed period will not be entertained.

For exchanges and returns – products must be returned within 7 days from purchase and a 15% handling fee will be charged for products that are not defective. This amount will be deducted off the credit. Due to the nature of our products, items need to be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

No refunds will be processed – your “account” will be credited.

Cancellations:

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, kindly email [email protected]. Provide us with your order number/receipt, Full Name, Contact Details and your banking details.

Cancellations are only possible before shipment. After shipment, please follow our returns policy.

Payments:

Payment for online orders can be made by debit card, credit card or instant EFT. All of our online payments are handled by PayFast, which allows easy, secure and instant payments to be made. You will be directed to a secure page to enter your card details or make payment by instant EFT.

Other Terms:

SATTeN shall not accept any claim/return by the customer unless submitted in writing and received by SATTeN within Seven (7) days of receipt of goods.

All prices are quoted in Rand and include VAT.

Goods are only sent out once payment is received.
